    The good thingsWorking with standard will squeeze your analytical and logical thinking and will really challenge your skills that will make you a better person in your role. They have good salary and still in the process of improving their systems and policies.
    The challengesSince the company is expanding and getting bigger there are lot of things to be done pa talaga. The leaders should set a clear path para hindi din nahihirapan ang mga empleyado sa pabago bagong directions.

    The challengesWhenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof, there is bound to be friction from time to time. Teams working under deadline and under pressure may be more apt to have flare-ups of tempers and other issues.

    The challengesEmployees give \"malasakit\" to the company but the management does not give in return. It is just a plain and simple employer - employee relationship. Business as usual...

    It was a great start for graduating students
    The good thingsthe pay is nice and the experience you get is also a big help in your future career. also bacj of the house have a cut on the tip too.

    Training ground to success.
    The good thingsI enjoyed all the learnings i have gathered here. From how to deal with different kinf of people down to how to arrest a complaint. We are trained here not just as Service Representatives, we were trained here as future leaders and that's what i think made this company great.
    The challengesthe only challenge i have encountered working in this company is the challenge of pushing you to your extent which i believe is a good thing.
