    Toxic work culture with internal conflicts and poor leadership.
    The good thingsGood medical benefits and plenty of leave
    The challengesWorkplace politics heavily influenced decisions, making project timelines unrealistic and difficult to achieve. Executives seemed more focused on proving themselves rather than prioritizing employee welfare. The work environment felt toxic, with little to no empathy for employees.

    The good thingsIt's a nice to be part of the medical city, and I'm very thankful that I'm happy and someday I'm a good leader to be help of the people who work in the medical city.
