Toxic work culture with internal conflicts and poor leadership.
The good thingsGood medical benefits and plenty of leave
The challengesWorkplace politics heavily influenced decisions, making project timelines unrealistic and difficult to achieve. Executives seemed more focused on proving themselves rather than prioritizing employee welfare. The work environment felt toxic, with little to no empathy for employees.

Toxic work environment, rude and privileged patients awaits you every duty.
The good thingsThe only good thing that I can remember working in their clinic is they offer free water when you a starter.
The challengesThe challenge here is to be alive every after duty because you are expected to be a robot to multitask.

I worked here for more than 2 years...
The good thingsI was able to learn a lot of things and develop skills related to my profession. The salary is okay and the bonuses are good. They also give Christmas baskets.
The challenges- workload - scheduling - clinics are understaffed - you are required to report to ANY clinic (as long as your manager agreed; so commute can be challenging) - The HR department doesn't respond to inquiries in a timely manner. - Also, it would take a long time before you get your last pay and other documents you request from the company.

    Great learnings as entry level
The good thingsThere are lots of good things I have experienced while working with them. One of which and I think the best is the management in our department. They are very accommodating and supportive of my endeavors, not only for the benefit of the company, but also for my own personal and professional growth.
The challengesMy only challenge is the travel toke because it is so traffic that I had to adjust my travel atleast 2 hours, knowing that my ideal travel time from the hospital to our home is just about 15 minutes. I also have to walk home almost every after shift due to very heavy traffic.

They have low salary. The working hours minimum of 9-10Hrs. And yet your salary is only minimum. The benefits like HMO, medical allowance etc you will only get that one 1year after your regularization.
The good thingsWorking with my co worker is fine. We had a great time. We are helping each other.
The challengesJust give the right compensation especially for those in medical field so that many staff will stay in your company.

    A five year review
The good thingsThe hospital benefit is really good for you and your family. They offer a lot for your hospital benefit which is really dependable during sickness.
The challengesThe company does not have a defined salary structure for all the professionals that are working with them. Their salary is not competitive with other industries and they don't have any career growth opportunity that will help employees advance in their career ladder.
