    HR is not as functional as they should be
    The good thingsI wish I had a chance to know if things are already bad from the start but I think it’s a good thing that I get to know that early
    The challengesI haven’t even started and yet I think get to see what kind of company you have. No feedback provided despite promising the candidate that. Sent an email asking if the candidate is still interested but the process was not discussed or expectations were not properly set if this is a new set of interview or not. When asked for a feedback, cancelled the pre-scheduled interview and did not explain but sent a thank you email as if the interview was done already. Late and untimely replies to emails.
