The good thingsThe jolliness of the students and some colleagues.
The challengesThe system changes everytime. There is no consistency in the policies. Sometimes, they strictly follows, sometimes they don't. People working here have got more complaints than praises, but they do not have the guts to speak up because politics is way too strong.

The good thingsPeople from my present company are very friendly. We always work as a team. My employer here in Australian International School Manila did very well they are very supportive to their employees and they gave us government mandatory benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, Tax, etc.) I could say that this is the best company for me. Thank you!
The challengesStudent Records system because I need to implement registrar's and school policies specially when it comes to student records and parents who wants to request for their child documents and they want it to release right away, this is very challenge for me how to release their request in a timely manner, the other one is how to deal with different kinds of people because we are international school.
