    The good thingsthey teach me how to handle customer..always put on your mind customer is always right.they trained me well.we are also teach there to memorize all ingredients in the menu since i am working as a waitress.
    The challengesi am not a HRM graduate so its hard for me to act as one of them..the challenge there is how can i handle angry customer and how to get the trust of the customer.it also a challenge for me on how to handle a bar tray with bottled drinks.
