    I have been in the RCM industry for 10 years. I love the work I do here
    The good thingsI appreciate how integrated we are to the system's operation. I have worked for a long time in RCM KPOs and it is in Tenet where I found that I was treated as a cog in the machine and not a person to fill in a seat. Interactions are professional and cordial, and appreciation is never withheld
    The challengesSometimes targets can be a bit too steep, but management is willing to work on finding common grounds

    The good thingsThe company is good for starter in healthcare industry because of its work-life balance.
    The challengesThe workloads didn't allocate properly and when it comes to career growth the management won't allow you to transfer to other department that you wanted to work for
