    I have been in the RCM industry for 10 years. I love the work I do here
    The good thingsI appreciate how integrated we are to the system's operation. I have worked for a long time in RCM KPOs and it is in Tenet where I found that I was treated as a cog in the machine and not a person to fill in a seat. Interactions are professional and cordial, and appreciation is never withheld
    The challengesSometimes targets can be a bit too steep, but management is willing to work on finding common grounds
