Just an opinion and based from my experienceThe good thingsThe colleagues were very nice and the people you will really be motivated to work with. The company is very innovative and the environment are pretty nice and calm.
The challengesThe challenge I think is the workforce management and workloads being given to the staffs are pretty less managed by the person in charge. Expectations will suddenly become high before you actually knew it. Growth has not been a problem to me but really the workforce management I think somewhat hinders the bridge for my growth in this company.
