    My company does care for its employees
    The good thingscompetitive salary and always takes care of its employees, especially during the pandemic's trying times. we were made sure that we kept our job and at the same time safe from the virus
    The challengesIt expects you to perform beyond your best. it is not so simple as reading a script on what you need to say to your customer you need to be firm but also sensitive while dealing with complaints, especially from very upset customers

    THE BEST EMPLOYER EVER!
    The good thingsThe management always make sure that they provide the best for their employees. No politics just pure relationship. The only company who's leaders want to be called by their first names rather be called Boss or TLs. If they will reopen in Cebu, I will definitely re-apply.
    The challengesLeaders made sure that all opportunities were addressed and they are pro-agent so I don't see any challenges working with Telstra.

    The good thingsWork life balance environment. They honor your strengths and recognize deserving individuals. Rewards and recognitions are also in place. Unfortunately due to digitisation the Cebu site had to close down and leave the Manila counterparts open.

    The good thingsThey're one of Australia's top telecommunications companies for a reason. Internally, they know how to take care of their employees. They have processes in place for different situations. The quality of collaboration between the employees across regions is one of the things that makes this company a gem to work for.
    The challengesAs a company almost a century old, they're striving to continue their legacy and are constantly working to improve their services for their customers. Sadly, this involves removing roles. This isn't really something they can be better at, as this is what is needed for them to move forward.

    My experience with Telstra is amazing.
    The good thingsWork is pretty painful, but what I enjoy the most is that behind the stresses, you have people to look forward into everyday. People who will mold you and believe in you that you can do best and step up.
    The challengesThe work itself is a challenge. But what's good in it is that you won't be facing the challenge alone, you have your peers and teams who will help you and face the challenge head on.
