    TDCX is where HOME is!
    The good thingsHonestly the best company I've ever been with my entire BPO career. I feel the company's love and genuine care to their employees! Incentives and benefits are overwhelming. Even received an anniversary token by surprise! :)

    AWESOME EXPERIENCE and CAREER GROWTH
    The good thingsI enjoyed working at TDCX as i have started here with awesome people like my supportive team mates and Supervisors. I have started with difficulties and challenges but my colleagues and lead have believed in me that I'd make it. It is really a privilege for me given a chance to work from home during the pandemic. TDCX gave me that kind of security and I'll be forever thankful for this great opportunity that TDCX gave me.
