    Celebrating my 3 years in TDCX and still counting!
    The good thingsI was hired in TDCX, September of 2018. Working in this company gave me an extraordinary experience. I enjoyed the perks especially no pandemic yet, there are free foods every week, the office environment, salary, and the people I worked with.
    The challengesDespite of the pandemic, I am grateful that I am still working with TDCX! Due to our current situation, TDCX prioritizes our safety, and we are now working at home. I just hope that the management will also take into consideration with the representatives working and not only focusing with the numbers.
