    Mentally draining, Toxic management and Biased based promotion
    The good thingsThe salary and the incentives if you're able to meet up with the account's high standards
    The challengesThe Pay Disputes upon hiring. Most of my colleague still has pending salary disputes that wasn't resolved. The management on the account inside the production floor is toxic.

    Pay is good but management just easily kicks out people.

    There are good experiences but most of them were overshadowed because the bad experiences are just too much than the good ones.
    The good thingsCamaraderie is great amazing team great people to work with Learned a lot during my stay
    The challengesFrequent crashes on tools and VPN connectivity. Ridiculous policies. And the Management in General needs to trust their lower rank employees a little more.

    Overall experience, it was great but unable hard to maintain life/work balance.
    The good thingsThis company offers a very competitive salary and incentives. They also provide employee appreciation gifts every month. With great ambiance, facilities.
    The challengesSchedules will depend on the team performance or ranking (as a team).

    The challengesI had a bad experience with a tenured colleague. It's more on power-tripping, gossip and etc. I reported this incident though and was happy because I was heard and our director did something about it.

    Good place to work filled with great Experience
    The good thingsApart from the high salary and benefits, they also provide exciting activities that is fun and filled with learning experience and the people around, such as my team mates and Supervisor are great so far!
    The challengeschallenges when it comes to providing more than what's expected from you when it comes to matrices that sometimes hard to deliver due to some complexities but it's also one way to gro.

    Application was quick and got hired in less than a week!
    The good thingsThe culture in TDCX is different from the rest of the BPO companies. They are very people-oriented, they want their employees to excel not only in work but as a whole. Great #BeMore initiatives, great benefits and perks, and Learning Sessions. Never boring. If you're looking for balance and career-growth, TDCX is for you!
    The challengesNothing much, salary wise its good. WFH set-up is never a hassle because items and assistance are provided immediately.
