    It was great before, but new management came and the company becomes a mess. So if you are planning to apply here, my advice is... don't.
    The good thingsThe only thing good was the co-workers and environment.
    The challengesThey don't give a fair salary package. They don't value their tenured employees. Before there were a lot of incentives, raffles, and R&R that recognized employees' hard work and performance, now it's all gone. If you are in the supervisory position, you may kiss your social life goodbye. There's not even a complimentary tissue in the comfort room because they are "cost-cutting".

    The good thingsI enjoyed working my team members and helping them out in return to make sure that we have ways to resolve and make customer's lives easier.
    The challengesThe challenges are mostly with reliable internet connection especially to the employees from a work from home setup, which is a large determiner of how the queue would be affected.

    The good thingsIn their company has a good attitude people, they are helpful, has a sense of humor, challenging work, funny people, comfortable, nice people and nice company, they have a lot of foods, courageous people, discipline, I learned a lot of skills and I adapted their good attitude and being helpful in their co-employee.

    The good thingsBeing in this organization allows me to contribute, making my work and job a very rewarding experience. The people I work with constantly challenges and motivates me to be a valuable part of the company. Here, excellence is rewarded not just financially but also professionally.
    The challengesThe Finance Department can be too traditional. I can understand the need to contain costs. However, as a member of upper management, I frequently find myself confronted by major resistance especially in proposing process enhancements
