    Good for those looking for internships or a way to break into the game development industry but terrible if you want to be compensated on time for your work.
    The good thingsThe developers and artists I worked with were pleasant to talk to and the work environment was low-pressure.
    The challengesIntermittent salary delays, lack of communication from management about said delays.
