    Feeling good in Takyl
The good thingsI'm enjoying designing and working on different projects. Supervisors and employees respect your personal time (non-working hours).
The challengesWFH setup is so challenging especially if an individual has only limited resources.

    Eye-opening, challenging yet fun experience.
The good thingsI appreciated that I could sense the excitement and genuine interest my superiors had in our projects, which in turn boosts my enthusiasm. I admire the visionary/pioneering attitude the company has with its projects, and how they are working to bring something new to the industry here in the Philippines.
The challengesAt times I could personally feel the lack of workforce in the art department as I would be assigned and re-assigned to different projects periodically with little briefing. It personally felt disorienting at times, but it was never too challenging that I couldn't step up to the responsibilities.

    Great number of opportunities
The good thingsI was able to exercise my skills on multiple projects which allowed me to produce a lot of content and gain experience that is necessary for my growth as an artist.
The challengesThe lack of senior artists to ask guidance from and the very tight deadlines you are expected to meet was a continuous obstacle in my learning process.

An Opportunity To Learn and Experience
The good thingsPart of the challenge, is involvement in the management of simultaneous projects. It has been a great avenue for experience and learning opportunities. The tasks given were fitting to the role entrusted. A warm and welcoming atmosphere with co-workers was greatly appreciated despite the work from home setup currently.
The challengesThe organization has a lot of room for improvement. From the management of employees, to the processes, and documents. All part of the growth of the company and team. The challenge is part of the task at hand, but many are the helping hands willing to dedicate time.

Eye-opener! Thank you for the Internship experience.
The good thingsAs an intern, I learned a new programming language, get to meet and have fun with fellow developers, and they opened my eyes on how the company life works.
The challengesI guess it'd be nice if the pandemic is over, and everyone gets to meet face to face and be able to do better R&D.
