A Good Place to LearnThe good thingsPeople there are very kind and considerate towards interns and are willing to lend a hand. I was also able to learn a lot from some of my superiors and improve my skills such as the use of different softwares, time management skills, and being flexible to work in a team.
The challengesI was given a certain task to do and during the near end of october until the end of my internship, I was never given any feedbacks or comments about my work. Although it’s understandable that there are days where everyone is busy, being given feedback from time to time is still important for any employee because it’s hard to be working in the dark with little to no supervision at all.
