    Overall a great experience
    The good things- Growth - Getting exposed to all sorts of projects and game genres, and being able deal with different clients. - Great fit, on a personal level I feel like the company culture fits with my personality and thus leads to effective synergy. - Employee Engagement - Approachable people, supervisors and leads are easily approachable - Gives flexibility and trust to talent - Communication is easy - Friendly coworkers
    The challenges- Interns are being left to learn on the fly, and sometimes causes detriments to projects - Resource/Talent allocation, some people get pulled into different projects hence loses creative momentum

    Very Experienced but also very demanding.
    The good thingsThe people are very helpful and friendly. Even when we were not doing making enough progress, there were lots of patience in handling us. A lot of people with experience willing to help us.

    Really great workplace and a great place to learn and experience the ins and outs of game development!
    The good thingsTaktyl is a really great place to experience how a game development company works in a real work environment, especially for Interns and new graduate students. The work itself is manageable and engaging, and my employers and co-workers are really nice and approachable. They're also very welcoming to newcomers so that's always a plus.
    The challengesNot that much really aside from the lack of manpower on some of the departments.
