Everyone is helpful, friendly, and patient, but it is important that you take the initiative to let people know if you're having difficulty so that they can help and give advice, especially in a remote work environment.
The challengesHaving actual work experience means that you are making a product for the company. When I was assigned to developing a game for a client, it was made clear to me the importance and role of that game for the company, which brings pressure throughout the development of the project, but also drives us to do better.
