    The pros and cons working with Taft PropertiesTaft or tough? PROS The company offers well structured employment process and development programs. They also provides quality equipment to its employees. CONS Most of the managers and supervisors of Taft lacks clear direction and competence in their roles. Poor working culture with the new management.
