Highly Recommended BPO Synchrony is the best, my first BPO company, not toxic, plus a work from home based job so no hassle. Its very pro-employee and is also supporting charities. If you are looking for a stable job while at home, this company is good for you and just be surprise how great this company is. Worth it! only reason for resigning is - career growth , wanted to try another job that fits to my course.

The good thingsIt was my regret that the covid wfh set up did not work for me and my mental health was affected. If given a chance I would love to return there.
The challengesIt's a voice account so it's challenging dealing with customers everyday.

The good thingsA lot of offered benefits, they know the situation of their employees and will do it's best to addressed it properly. Aside from Parties, sudden allowances also been given specially in times of crisis specially now.
