    Highly Recommended BPO Synchrony is the best, my first BPO company, not toxic, plus a work from home based job so no hassle. Its very pro-employee and is also supporting charities. If you are looking for a stable job while at home, this company is good for you and just be surprise how great this company is. Worth it! only reason for resigning is - career growth , wanted to try another job that fits to my course.

    The good thingsIt was my regret that the covid wfh set up did not work for me and my mental health was affected. If given a chance I would love to return there.

    The challengesBack office was the best position and it's a no brainer but they insist on placing you to take calls since for them (not for us) this is an "UPSKILL" that we did not even want.

    Great Place to Work - Synchrony in Northgate Alabang
    The good thingsI was employed in Synchrony in Alabang for almost 5 years and I cannot say bad things since the company really provides great salary and compensation. They have different benefits for the employee's well being. They provide shuttle service, different facilities in the building where you can use such as gym, sleeping areas, chair massage areas, gaming area, good pantry, free coffee and free wifi with ipads that you can freely use. The culture in the company is also good since they hire internal people for different promotions/positions. There is really career growth. There are also different programs where people can get freebies, foods and play games to make the working environment less stressful. I appreciate all of this in the company.
    The challengesThe schedule for off time sometimes can be challenging. For example , the day off that you got is Wed Sun (first week) and Sat Sun (second week) It would really be hard for you to adjust if you are not used to that schedule.

    Great Place To Develop
    The good thingsYou will develop your skills in time management. You can always approach your peers when you are having a trouble with some of your calls. There is always a time for you to relearn, rethink, revitalize your own strategies and skills. You are given opportunity that none other employer could have offer. Trust me. Even if we do received bulk of calls but our compensation are much higher than the calls as it becomes a way for better life for your family. It is not just about the salary we get, but also the other benefits beside government benefits.
    The challengesIt is normal to have bulk of calls. But there will always be a time that there is lesser call in a day. You will encounter customers that are in rage but just breathe, smile and assess them in the end of the call they will thank you after solving their concerns.

    The good thingsIt was a fun and fulfilling experience. I learned so many things and I can guarantee that I had exponential growth during my stay in the company.
    The challengesI'd say the work from home setup is definitely a challenge because there's really not much in-person contact with your workmates which was sad.
