The Perks of Being a Sycip Lawyer
The good thingsSycip will really train you. They will provide mentors who will help you in the start of your legal profession. Also, the work in Sycip is very diverse. It will expose you to a lot of legal transactions which you will not find in other law firms.
The challengesThe work in Sycip may be very overwhelming for new lawyers. You need to learn to budget your time and to forego some things in order for you to have more time for work. Some may find the absence of work-life balance a bit frustrating.
