    I loved the people I worked with in SVEN. I think there's room to improve in terms of workload, a competitive salary and realistic timelines.

    Fulfilling environment for devs
    The good thingsProjects being worked on are commonly used by most people as they're from big brands. Working with new technologies is also common so it's not always purely web development.
    The challengesTight deadlines. OT is fairly common to finish deadlines.

    The good thingsTeam is nice, supervisors are friendly, people are generally understanding and camaraderie is good. Partnered with a good HMO and mental health services provider. WFH.
    The challengesPeople constantly overloaded and overworked; people's needs being deprioritized (lots of OT when people could just manage load better). Kowtows to client at the expense of well-being. Micromanagement.

    Definitely a rollercoaster ride
    The good things- Growth is valued - Management cares about your well being - Pay is so-so but leaves are more than enough - Everyone's very friendly and approachable
