AI interviewer that doesn't feel empathy yet requires to possess empathy
The good thingsHR has done good job of harvesting applications yet they still didn't hire until now when they are just filling up 4 heads among the pool of hundreds of applicants
The challengesHR has colluded with AI to conduct mock interviews when it is being programmed to fill the checklist and even if 1 skill is missing to the applicant then after the interview you will receive a rejection letter within an hour. What a ridiculous process trusting their tasks to AI that only knows how to eliminate applicants even if the interview goes well and you answered almost every questions. Never ever engage with this company. They are modern gangs of HR scammers. They will lowball the offer yet very demanding with the contract requirement. All to their advantage. You will waste your time for this company.

Overall, my experience has been good—I’ve been here for 5 years, which shows how much I value the company and the opportunities it offers.
The good thingsWhat I like most is the supportive culture. Management helps you grow, develop your skills, and get promoted. They truly care about employee welfare and offer great benefits that make you feel valued and motivated.
The challengesWhat I don’t like is the referral process. We refer people to apply, but they’re not contacted, and there’s no feedback on why. It leaves us and the applicants unsure of what’s happening, which could be improved for better transparency and communication.

Terrible and one of the worst company I've encountered. They don't value their people but value for money. Don't waste your time being part of the company or else you will regret it.
The good thingsFree meals, Great colleagues
The challengesToxic Management, they don't value your dedication and efforts to work. They are after your KPIs. They just say your position is redundant and terminate you on the spot and say its your last day today without explaining further why your position is redundant they replace you with a multitasking role

A toxic environment that can be improved if leadership takes the initiative to foster a positive and harmonious atmosphere within the company.
The good thingsThe good things? Good compensation. Complimentary food is nice, comfortable rooms.
The challengesManagers and HR often engage in power trips. HR is often aggressive and lacks empathy toward employees. No salary increase; the position is stagnant.
