    The good thingsWorking as a Customer Service Representative has been especially fulfilling because it allows me to connect with people and make a positive impact on their experience. I’ve enjoyed helping customers find solutions, resolving concerns efficiently, and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes. Building rapport and trust with customers, even in brief interactions, has been one of the most rewarding aspects of the role. I also appreciate the opportunity to strengthen my communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Each interaction brings something new, and being able to represent a brand while ensuring customer satisfaction gives me a strong sense of purpose and accomplishment.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges in this role is the lack of flexibility in working arrangements. If working from home were considered, it could significantly improve productivity, focus, and overall job satisfaction. Remote work would also reduce commuting time and expenses, allowing more energy to be dedicated to customer support tasks. Additionally, a work-from-home setup could provide a more comfortable and controlled environment, which is especially helpful when handling high call volumes or resolving complex customer concerns. With proper tools, training, and communication systems in place, remote work would maintain service quality while improving work-life balance and employee well-being.

    The good thingsManagement is good and you're treated as part of their circle.
    The challengesSalary is so low. 12k starting, 13k for those who have experience. The workload is somewhat light but they need your 100% attendance. If you're late even for a minute then you're absolutely on a mess. It's like you're not human that won't get sick. You're role might be different on what is advertised.
