It was my first job, so I cannot really weigh much good or bad with the company. Being a CRO for 8 years, it has been a great experience to work for one of the big 3 telcos in our country. Company is good enough, esp when it was bought by MVP. Benefits were aligned with Smart, that takes better care with their employees. Company is generous enough for the employees welfare, esp during the pandemic quarantine.The good thingsGood medical services, from consultations, medicines, nec operations if needed. With health card that can be used even to big hospitals. Includes health card for dependents, with minimal premiums to be deducted to employees but a bigger percentage is being shouldered by the company.
