    It was my first job, so I cannot really weigh much good or bad with the company. Being a CRO for 8 years, it has been a great experience to work for one of the big 3 telcos in our country. Company is good enough, esp when it was bought by MVP. Benefits were aligned with Smart, that takes better care with their employees. Company is generous enough for the employees welfare, esp during the pandemic quarantine.
    The good thingsGood medical services, from consultations, medicines, nec operations if needed. With health card that can be used even to big hospitals. Includes health card for dependents, with minimal premiums to be deducted to employees but a bigger percentage is being shouldered by the company. Me working with sales, Sun/Smart offers commissions .
    The challengesToxic management culture. Low salary, with problem on employees' appraisal.

    The good thingsI enjoy engaging my self to customer dealing with their concerns and complaints. Through effective communications I was able to resolve complaints and deliver quality customer service. Secondly, working with the people who are consider your secons family.
    The challengesThe most challenging part is to target ypur quoata monthly. Part of being a CSO is you also need to deliver good performance in sales. With this, we make call outs to our exesting customer and ask for referral. Secondly handling very irate customer, asa CSO dealing different king of customer needs patience and understanding to handle them effectively.

    Frustratingly Good
    The good thingsSalary is good especially with Commission. Great Relationship with our Inventory Officer, Morale on friendship is great, during working hours is a different talk.
    The challengesTarget demand is too high, we are not allowed to take Vacation Leaves, even sick leaves. our boss keeps complaining we aren't making enough sales but continues to go on Leave without helping us on our target. we CSOs (3) agree on that, even our IO agrees. It is just really sad, how they told me we work as a team to accomplish such high target demands monthly but we never became one :( . Pretty much, target or you are just another reason why the boat is sinking . Humiliating is present

    Amazingly challenging to be exact.
    The good thingsI’ve been push into my limits as individual. I grew alot in different aspects specially in my professional life. Been in sales/communication company for quite a while is an amazing experience, dealing with different kind of personalities is no easy job but pushes me to become a better version of me. Challenging circumstances really tests me, and i am thankful that my previous company teaches me memorable lessons.
    The challengesWell basically i may consider as one challenges is the pressure given by the work itself since i am working for a sales/telecommunication the monthly and yearly quota was tough but PR is the only key that’s why I succeeded. In the nature of work that i had, if i dont have the guts, the ability and the charisma to get along with so many people, to manage all the staff i think it wont be possible for me to survive. Public relation and meeting the demand of the work is very important.

    The good thingsMany good things when you're working with SUN and smart as CSO they had an average salary but its not as bad if you're not an family person , with a very flexible schedule morning shift that you can sleep at night well and every monthend if you hit the sales target of yours ,you will received an commision on the next month so you will earn more, and SUN and SMART will regulized you if they found you that you're helping the company and the shops. and Many benefits , rice allowance , and insuranced from the company.
