The editors were really at the top level and it was a great opportunity to learn the skills of the trade for them. If you are willing to go the extra mile, it's also easy to imagine yourself becoming an editor. Most of the staff members were also fun to work with.
The challengesThe working hours are unpredictable. You could finish in eight hours sometimes, but you need to go beyond that during crunch time, and overtime hours are not paid. The level of stress could get quite high, too.
