It will push you out of your comfort zone
The good thingsNever run out of creative ideas as everyone is very willing to collaborate. Handling different clients will train anyone to be adaptable and hardworking.
The challengesHeavy workload and average compensation. Deadlines were always too tight.

    Excellent Company
The good thingsThe people that I got to work with are super kind right off the bat. They taught me all the things that I need to know in terms of being a part of the department they assigned me to. The working environment is really compelling to those who are up for performance-based jobs.
The challengesThe people within the company are quite intimidating at first, but once you get to know them, everything will be fine. Being around intelligent and competitive individuals could be a bit of a shaking thing for new employees most especially if you are fond of doubting yourself.

The good thingsEnvironment and culture, lots of growth and opportunities but for certain departments only
The challengesImprove company benefits, training of managers and supervisors, should give importance to other departments and not just to a select few

    Great work environment!
The good thingsThe work environment is very laid back, flexibility on time is offered. Depending on your position, you can have a semi flex schedule which is nice since you are able to off set your hours rendered.
The challengesMake salary more competitive. Improve on benefits and leave credits.

Climbing up and down the summit
The good thingsThe company published top rated magazines, and they did it really well. The editors were really at the top level and it was a great opportunity to learn the skills of the trade for them. If you are willing to go the extra mile, it's also easy to imagine yourself becoming an editor. Most of the staff members were also fun to work with.
The challengesThe working hours are unpredictable. You could finish in eight hours sometimes, but you need to go beyond that during crunch time, and overtime hours are not paid. The level of stress could get quite high, too.
