    Encourage work and life balance
    The good thingsCo-workers are easy to get along with. Bonding time is encouraged like eating out together for a lunch. A group of bible study is also done to encourage spiritualism.
    The challengesThe nature of the business is risky for field employees but very manageable. It's just a newly established business so the policies and procedures are still on the process.
