I've met career advancement and improved my people skills, technical skills and administrative skills.The good thingsthere's a great camaraderie along the team and i enjoyed most the interpersonal relationship with my teammates as well as with other departments. I have developed my skills level in terms of communication, coaching and people handling skills. likewise with my computer competency and attention to details. i've improved my aspirations and dreams to be successful and made my organizational skills great.
The challengescoming up from the rank is the most challenging role i've encountered because there were times you need to designate an assignment to your team memebers who used to work side by side with you but what i did was to. larify my new assignment and discussed some little changes and there will be no special treatment along the team but as much as possible i would like to preserve the frienship we have made.
