    The good thingsits a family enviroment, faculty and staff are great, they are very supportive with all the matters which concern with work job, our boss is very particular when it comes to due dates, and it should be done as early as now, so they teach you how to become more responsible in all your actions. when it comes with my colleages they are so nice, friendly and yet supportive with esp. matters.
    The challengesbetter challenges in way of enhancement of career, they provide seminars, training and others ideas which may impart in one employee. before we start the semester we do have the planning session for each department, with that we give our opinion, ideas, action taken during the particular csenario, we also help the institution to be more productive in a way that we do our job honesly and perfectly
