    The good thingsThey shifted to remote work setup when the pandemic happened Has global reach/hubs, well known in a niche industry

    Used to be a good company but..
    The good thingsWork from home - this is the only good thing I can think of!
    The challengesCompany policies are not fair! It usually depends on who your team lead is. One example is they always require medical certificate for 1 day sick leave even though you still have SL credits! Another thing is, they are not pro-employee. They always change anything they want for you to not achieve your targets or goals. In short, laging pinapahirapan yung mga empleyado!

    The good thingsBeen working here for 4 years, supportive people and good compensation. I will definitely recommend this company.
    The challengesDelayed and low annual increase. I hope they can work on this one, but everything is good, please implement permanent WFH.

    The good thingsThe salary is great for a fresh graduate but there’s really no improvement even if you get tenured. maybe due to pandemic. But the work load is heavy for the salary you will be getting.

    The good thingsFlexibility of work-life balance, considerate and highly understanding management, career growth opportunities internally, constant challenges that provide employees with knowledge and experience, excellent teamwork and relationships in the department especially with management.
    The challengesSometimes the workload can be a little too much especially with the demands for quality and meeting the metrics at the same time, somewhat competitive nature of work, linear process which makes little room for expression and dynamism in the workplace.
