    Used to be a good company but..
    The good thingsWork from home - this is the only good thing I can think of!
    The challengesCompany policies are not fair! It usually depends on who your team lead is. One example is they always require medical certificate for 1 day sick leave even though you still have SL credits! Another thing is, they are not pro-employee. They always change anything they want for you to not achieve your targets or goals. In short, laging pinapahirapan yung mga empleyado!

    The challengesIf you're looking for a Job Security, this is not the right company for you. They can lay you off anytime regardless of your tenurity. Incompetent trainer (UK). Salary is en.ough for fresh graduate. Heavy workload, very slow and laggy tools.

    The challengesIf you are planning to apply in this company, you should be ready of getting laid of ANYTIME (UK). If you can't afford to lose a job, make sure you do everything perfectly yes PERFECTLY during OJT/NESTING, PLUS! Demand a better Trainer/ Mentor during your training WHO can support your questions and confusions clearly and efficiently. OJT/NESTING IS THE MOST CRUCIAL PART as they say. This is a demanding Job, yet stressful and doesn't align to what they offer.

    The good things7.5 working hours, the bidet, good leaders, easy emough to lear tasks and a lot of non-working holidays. Also, I like that there's free coffee and you can buy milktea for five pesos.
    The challengesIt gets really boring sometimes and even though the managers are compassionate enough, sometimes it's like they don't realize that they're giving you more than you can finish. The job is easy but the load is heavy at times.

    Very stressful
    The good thingsCoworkers will make your life easy and will make your stay meaningful. You only have to work for 7.5 hours and they will provide you shuttle services.
    The challengesThe work itself is very stressful. Management will treat you with no value and can always be replaced. You'll have to render OT because they do not want to hire more people. Cost cutting. Eventhough everyone is loaded with work, managers will be apathetic.

    The challengesLocation (Mckinley Hill), unfairness when it comes to workload and support (same workload but not everyone gets the same support), technology issues, promotion is hard. Management is oftentimes strict (which is okay) but all in the wrong places. There are lots of lazy people on the floor (with position) without any repercussions.

    Too much workload
    The good thingsYou’ll have to find something that will feel you better inside the office. -think that you’ll get home soon. If you want to work here?? Then think about it a second time. They will truelly give you too much tasks to do that you wont be able to finish on time. I’ll let my tounge cut out if they are not!
    The challengesManagement- Really strict! breaks are being monitored. You’ll be bombarded with a lot of questions why you were late. They are not considerate- even your family is sick they dont care. They will ask your medical certificate first than asking if youre fine. Too many negative thoughts about them but one thing for sure they’ll be remarkable! THEY ARE THE WORST

    very low salary, very very low increment, very slow processing of requests, poor and slow processing of retirement pay and retirement pay cheques.
    The good thingsthey rehire you since the company need more agents. there's a lot of agents leaving the company monthly.

    The work itself is okay, however, culture and leadership are off.
    The good thingsAccessible location and the global company is working hard to make things better for all.
    The challengesThe stress the culture puts on its people is draining to everyone. There's not much recognition to everyone's contribution adnx the morale just keeps getting down. Attrition is also worse.
