    Has its ups and downs
    The good thingsi dont think there is one, typical company.
    The challenges1. no annual salary increase 2. heavy workload with no OT pay (in our dept) 3. boss' minds are changing every time which makes it hard to work 4. little to no career opportunities 5. toxic environment
