This is where I started my banking career and up to present.The good thingsI entered the bank when I was a fresh grad and with little experience yet I was trusted to handle the job. Through the years, I was able to gain self-confidence, enhanced my marketing skills and acquire knowledge about the lending industry. In return, I have been contributing to our group's sales target and I have continuously moved up from where I started as a humble marketing assistant. I have managed to handle customer complaints, make quick decisions, hit sales target and maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues.
The challengesAt first it was a challenge to work in a savings bank knowing that there are many established competitors already. But nonetheless, you will learn to adapt to changes and be firm when making decisions pertaining to your work.
