The company offers a healthy work-life balance, flexible scheduling based on seasonal needs, performance-based annual salary increases, and a supportive work environment with friendly colleagues and management. However, some months can be particularly busy during peak seasons.

English Teacher

20 characters but not reallyPros:
- good starter for someone who wants to be in the ESL industry
- you can gain experience with face to face classes, and online classes
- materials are spoonfed to you
- salary is the minimum for a teacher, sometimes they include transportation allowance
- colleagues are friendly and accomodating
Cons:
- trainings are short, and rushed possibly due to lack of teachers or peak months
- dayoffs are split, e.g. Sun/Tue, Wed/Sun (usually on Sunday, you must work on Saturdays (fixed))
- for the experience only, no career growth
- micromanagement to avoid client issues, must always update the management (adding this as a con especially for employees who dislike this kind of setup system, but it is really a must. I do not agree with this as a con, but most would see it as a con)
