Finding family at work.The good thingsThe best thing about working at Stellar is the environment and the people you get to work with. I had a job I had no interest in but I stayed longer than I expected because the working environment and the people were great!
The challengesOn a personal note, because it is a BPO and because I took the job for experience purposes only, the clients for the account I was in did not have the interest of the agents in mind. Regardless, the managers worked really hard to fight for their employees.
