    Stellar- awesome company to be with, offers average compensations, and great people.
    The good thingsAble to provide what most job seeker is looking for, good environment and nice salary package. But I guess all company does that and is striving really hard to provide what employees need and want but has certain limitations so we employees need to do our part.
    The challengesAverage salary package, but it is sustainable.

    The good thingsWork is fun, they offer great incentives that further motivate us to hit our targets, rewarding in terms of pay, so many chances to increase your income through open OTs, GREAT group of people, approachable and very supportive managers/leads. Stress-free work that allows work-life balance.
    The challengesNothing. Our account was by far the best working experience I've had. The work we did and the people we worked with made for a perfect setup.

    Finding family at work.
    The good thingsThe best thing about working at Stellar is the environment and the people you get to work with. I had a job I had no interest in but I stayed longer than I expected because the working environment and the people were great!
    The challengesOn a personal note, because it is a BPO and because I took the job for experience purposes only, the clients for the account I was in did not have the interest of the agents in mind. Regardless, the managers worked really hard to fight for their employees.

    It was fun while it lasted.
    The good thingsWhere do I begin? - HR Personel and Support Staff-- EVEN COLLEAGUES were reachable and assisted you along the way to make your stay with the company a good one. Our account got liquidated unfortunately, but it was truly a great experience. -Incentives were a spicy add-on to keep you on your toes for the tasks. -Open Book Management is something to commend them on too... -Career opportunities for their regularized employees is great too. -Training on your first day of Orientation.
    The challenges-Shift lines were not Ideal as it was a US Account. -The task was "Rinse, Lather, Repeat" so you could get bored quick.

    Account dissolved but it was great while it lasted
    The good thingsThe salary (this does not apply to all of their accounts though) and although the account ended its contract, the management and HR was great in handling everything along the way.
    The challengesIt was difficult to get into the account (there was a long waiting time when I applied) and you have to maintain high scores to stay but overall, it kept us on our toes and again, the salary more than met the required outcome.

    The good thingsOther than the fact that they were proactive, our supervisors and managers were very involved in all of the activities the agents had which lead to all of us wanting to really challenge ourselves and work hard to excel in our job.
    The challengesthe only issue i had, was having to go back on site in the middle of the pandemic. it was really sudden however we understood that it was a client need.

    The challengesLow salary for a cross trained (6 LOB-AGENT) we were asked to be part of 6 LOB’s without even an increase. Oh not to mention, the back pay given to me was soooooo delayed.

    Managers do Power tripping, low compensation, overloaded to support all 5 sites with low manpower
    The good things30 days leave. But you'll have a hard time for approval. Either you agree that they move it or disapproval. Challenging but too much stress.
    The challengesShared office, support 5 sites with low manpower resulting to more call outs & coaching. Worst, they called me 30 mins after my shift just after I arrived home. Lacks of equipment.

    The challengesDuring crisis, the management doesn't care about displacing their employees. The employees on accommodation are being prioritized than their work from home employees. Just apply and experience the "best" treatment.

    Low Salary, we didn't receive any sort of assistance during the COVID-19, floating status for 6 months or more without pay.
    The good thingsThe company is mediocre. Nothing special.
    The challengesThe constant worry that we might lose our job due to clients pulling out, environmental factors, etc. Also, there aren't enough lockers and most bags are only placed on racks or on top of lockers.

    Friendly environment
    The good thingsThe people I am currently working with are the best. They are just so friendly and really approachable when there are difficult tasks. Always willing to help. This company also pushes you to achieve what you want to do in the future.
    The challengesNot really a challenge but I worked at Eastwood branch and there's always a shortage of tissues in comfort rooms. Also, you can only withdraw your salary on the afternoon (or night) on the said cut off. They never release payouts earlier.
