My working experience in this company though its too short,really made an impact to me..
The good thingsThe camaraderie with my co workers and other employees were outstandingly amazing. They are very supportive of you. The working environment is very nice. The cleanliness and orderliness are ok. The safety and sanitation are well observed. The company's strict compliance with the company standards are well followed by the employees. The products are clean and of high standards.
The challengesIt is so happen that the working schedule of 7to 7 gave me the hard time since in wasn't informed about it. And the product standards aren't specific. I used to work to the sister company and the product specifications are different from product standards. My concerned was they need to have the precise product specification and product standards for the quality standards.
