By Far one of the Best EmployersThe good thingsSo many! They equip you with everything you need for work. They're very responsive and quick to fix when something goes wrong. Pre-pandemic life, we had weekly free lunches, sometimes even free coffee too! Most importantly, they put their staff's health and safety first above all else. They implemented a work from home scheme to save us from being exposed to the virus during this pandemic.
The challengesSo far the only challenge working for this company is having to deal with tech problems sometimes in terms of connectivity. But in reality this is really a challenge for everyone working for any company right now who are in a work from home. And I must add that connectivity issues are due to my internet provider anyway! This is the only time I'm stressed about something working here. :)
