    I've enjoyed it so far. I've learned a lot and I have grown in terms of not only knowledge but work ethic. I'm glad to be part of an organization that I genuinely believe makes a difference, especially and third-world countries like ours.
    The good thingsStaff Engagements Working with international clients and therefore being able to learn their culture. Diversity. The company does not favor in terms of who they employ. As long as one has the experience and drive to work, you succeed.
    The challengesThe only challenge I've faced is having to observe the clients' country's holidays. As our country has much more compared to those of international clients

    Company is okay, but is always advertised a little too good to be true to attract more applications. Promising benefits like pandemic-proof or job security or educational programs even if none of them actually exist.
    The good thingsSalary is competitive enough or at least within the market
    The challengesDelayed salaries. Too client-centric environment and clients are unstable most of the time. Job security can be at stake most of the time. You can be lucky if you have a new client to work with if it does not work with the previous/current one. Otherwise, you end up unemployed. Too much reliant on automation from HRMS and CRM that more often cause delays than make things more efficient. Client > People because Profit > People. They don't have qualms on wiping out your whole team when you are no longer meeting their unrealistic expectations
