    It's good to work here for those who are just starting to dream.
    The good thingsThis company is very professional to deal with because they have never been late paying their employees
    The challengesI think in terms of wanting to back out their employees from a client, they should focus on this, not just wanting to make money even though their staff is already aggrieved.

    The good thingsThey help me get accepted on my first call center job.
    The challengesI had too many disputes in my salary. Sometime they "forget" to pay your holiday pay and overtimes. If you don't notice it, they will not let you know nor give it back. Their accounting department is not responsive. I will not recommend this agency to anyone.

    Temporary Work
    The good thingsStaff alliance is a manpower agency where you can work into big companies for 5 months. For me working as a contractual is not a bad thing to fo while waiting for a better opportunity rather than having no work at all. Also this agency accept even those college under graduate. They will find a job suit for yoo but as I have said its only temporary but you can still renew your contract if you want.
    The challengesAfter your 5 months contract with them, it is your decision wether you want to renew it so they can find another job for you.
