    The challengesI think in terms of wanting to back out their employees from a client, they should focus on this, not just wanting to make money even though their staff is already aggrieved.

    The good thingsThey help me get accepted on my first call center job.
    The challengesI had too many disputes in my salary. Sometime they "forget" to pay your holiday pay and overtimes. If you don't notice it, they will not let you know nor give it back. Their accounting department is not responsive. I will not recommend this agency to anyone.

    Not the job that I applied for
    The good thingsI think the salary is decent for a job under an agency
    The challengesTheir job posting position is way different from the job they offer me. Not only that but they also changed the job position on my contract before signing. HR told me I may change job position after my contract but that never happen so I resign. We also do not have benefits nor perks.

    Working on the company I was assigned is really great and challenging. But, working on this agency outside the Cebu is really awful.
    The good thingsThey give 13th month pay though you're still a newly hired employee.
    The challengesAt first, it was really okay. But, for the couple of months working under their agency was really awful. There was a salary delayed, unexplainable salary deduction without giving the payslip thru email. They didn't impose the new minimum wage even though the company I am working already coordinated them. I would suggest that working outside Cebu under this agency is not good.

    I'm working at BDO Cash Hub under Staff Alliance Inc. and working here is challenging because you're sorting money from old to new and not just sorting but being alert for fakes so you need to be healthy and focused at the same time.
