SR Metals is committed to the environment. We have done great lengths to preserve nature and one of them is the strict implementation of progressive rehabilitation as we mine.Long before we started in Tubay, it was near impossible for trees to grow due to high mineral deposits in the lands. After lifting the minerals, SR Metals sees to it that trees are planted. To date, around 300,000 seedlings are growing in the soil of Tubay mountains, reforesting almost 240 hectares.Soon, these mountains will be filled with trees which the locals can enjoy.
