    The challengesChallenges are the management system because they are not skilled in running an organization starting from Top Management then Operations manager...monopolized system, no continuous improvement, no preventive measures on implemented systems...management runs the organization on a subjective basis not on an objective one..not recommended for newly grad people to start their career with this kind of company.

    Working with Speedo makes me learn more on Retail Business
    The good thingsCoordinating with different Concession Super visor, SCO's, different Store Managers challenges me to accomplish a task even better. I started working with no idea of work awaits in this retail business, eventually I realised that every day is a learning process and there's growth all you have to do is focus and complete task one at a time, love what your doing and put dedication into it.
    The challengesWhat really challenges me in this company is how you handle situation. Since I was Coordinator most of the task are forwarded to us ( colleague). We feel like our job's to broad to cater even simple things that other department should have done because it's part of their job.

    I have a great working experience for a fresh graduate like me because this is my first job.
    The good thingsI enjoy working with my thoughtful and caring colleagues and other co-worker. I learned many things from them. I was able to try new things. I appreciate the working environment because I was able to challenge myself too.
    The challengesI think it's about the difficult people you will able to work with. You must have a longer string (patience) for you to accomplish your task in the company. You can't please everyone but try to give your best.
