There is at all times justice and transparency to facilitate unity between admin, faculty and clientele. In totality, the working environment is very harmonious and employee friendly. The system is very organized. The administration and its adjacent communities are working hand in hand to achieve goals for all.
The challengesMy employer needs more back-ups to realize goals and objectives. There should be a linkage to different offices here and abroad to enhance and develop more what has been planned for progress. The government agencies as much as possible should see to it that programs for the benefit for the less privilege should be done with the assistance of some colleges and universities.
