Staying because I already signed a contractThe good thingsGeneral Manager is okay. Basically, it's the policies made by the Accounting Head which really gave me headaches. Deducting a big percentage on your salary for just a minute late? Not justifiable and too much. Co-employees are very okay and same situation with mine, we have to stay because we signed a contract minimum of 1 year.
The challengesWe are on the average level of salary wherein we are only paid 340 per day exclusive of big amount of late deductions. Company should give above minimum salary since we are working in the office. Overtime pay should be paid the time after our shift hours. Our overtime will start to count on 2 hours after our shift.
