The company suffers from poor management marked by favoritism, outdated practices, low compensation.
The good thingsYou'll learn to be independent. Good stepping stone for fresh graduates.
The challengesOverall, the company has significant issues with management. Leadership lacks professionalism, and favoritism from the CEO is evident. The organization would benefit from hiring more qualified and experienced professionals who are aligned with modern business practices, rather than relying heavily on long-tenured employees whose approaches may no longer support growth. As a result, the company feels behind compared to industry standards. Additionally, compensation is notably low relative to expectations and market rates.

Unprofessional hiring process that wastes candidates' time with no communication or respect.
The good thingsNone – nothing worth recommending.
The challengesA complete waste of time. The job I interviewed for was completely different from the posting, more like a helper than a professional role. The HR and Office Manager were unprofessional and could not communicate properly in English.

The good thingsYou’ll learn to appreciate what you have before and thrive to be better for your future.
The challengesManagement needs to listen more to their employees, listening by just looking and not only by hearing.
