    Pretty much a good job for gaining experience, but not for the long term.
    The good things- There are tons of good projects to work on - Experience gained is highly sought out - Colleagues are fun to work with
    The challenges- Monetary compensation isn't great - Amount of tasks goes out of hand - Overtime while paid, most of the time it gets converted to just "offsets" - Management is a mess - There is no HR to help you on your concerns

    The good thingsEasy to get approval for leaves. Flexi-time. More opportunity to do lead-role on projects. Boss comes to visit the Philippines twice a year - takes the employees on an out-of-town get-away - BRINGS HOME CHOCOLATES. No tardy days. Output-based.
    The challengesDoing most of the work since this is a \"start-up\" company. Benefits are not-well arranged by the company. Salary is low - compared to the workload you should be receiving. Mostly the common issues faced by a start-up company.
